I wont be in Berlin in September and will be subletting my apartment in the Sprengelkiez in Berlin-Wedding. The apartment has three rooms - kitchen/dining room, living room and study and bedroom - as well as a daylight bathroom with shower and bathtub.

The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with a dining area, large desk, sofa corner, bed and chests of drawers for clothes that you can use while subletting. It is well suited for a single person or a couple.

Since the apartment is on the top floor, it is very bright (once you have climbed the 5 flights of stairs ;)).
