Hello! My fianc & I are subleasing our apartment. Its a 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom with double sink. Its perfect for college students, families, or someone who just likes the extra space. Its pet friendly & its close to Minneapolis, St. Paul, Falcon Heights & Roseville. We love the place, we are just downsizing! There is a Washer & Dryer in the unit which makes easier. It also has extra storage in that area as well. The kitchen is big with a large center island overlooking the living room. The living room has ample space for a big couch, recliner, coffee table & anything else! This apartments also has a closet in each bedroom as well as having a big walk in closet.
