This darling townhome is in the cutest little community. The front door faces an enclosed courtyard with two playgrounds, a big grass lawn, and a community garden. All of the neighbors have perfect little porch setups and are very friendly. All in all it is very picturesque.

The townhome itself is new, spacious, and very comfortable. The kitchen / living space is very big and bright with new appliances and big windows. The floors are a nice wood-like flooring.

There are three bedrooms (with big closets), two bathrooms (both with tubs), and a laundry room upstairs. The upstairs is carpeted.

The townhome has a two car garage that is attached to the kitchen, and an unfinished basement.

Ive loved the location - its pretty close to the freeway, between 10600 S and 11400 S and is right next to Trader Joes and Harmons (OMG!). Its right by the Shops at South Town too. Despite all of the neat commerce nearby, it feels quite and cozy because the way the community is set up

An interested party would be taking over our lease, which ends May 22, 2026. We have absolutely loved the townhome, and so have our kids. My husband took in New York so were hoping to find someone to take over the lease before we move.

The community allows for pets with a pet fee. Valet waste service is provided for $25/month, as is cable and internet for $110/month.
