This is a two bedroom apartment available during the fall semester! Its very close to campus as its located on the street parallel to Calhoun street. Along with that, it is close to many restaurants and bars. One bedroom is open for subleasing and the other is occupied by a second year female stem major. The previous tenets are leaving a couch and dining room table behind but most of the other shared items will need to be bought (Im willing to buy them but please message me about what is needed/wanted!). Very sweet landlord who has fast response time! Rent will be payed downstairs at Bana Market. Rent does not include internet or water in cost that is added on to price on a monthly basis.
