Looking for someone to take over my lease at 3400 Avenue of the Arts in Costa Mesa, CA, located at South Coast Plaza. Private bedroom + en-suite bathroom in a luxury 2 bed / 2 bath apartment with resort-style amenities and a prime location.

Location: Costa Mesa walkable to South Coast Plaza

Move-In: Flexible (looking for either late August or early September)

Lease ends: July 6, 2026 (11-10 months remaining)

Rent: $1,600/month (Significantly undermarket rate due to initially being a 2-year lease. This room usually goes for $1,800+)

Underground garage parking available for $60/month
