Leaving Chicago on 7/26 and is looking to sublease my fully furnished apartment. It is a one bedroom in Gold Coast. My rent is $2140 a month and parking is $225 a month. Utilities are not included in rent.

The lease ends 12/1. I would charge you a flat $2000 a month. At the end of the lease I would have you be responsible for the furniture. Most of it is brand new, including a standing desk, a new sectional couch with pull out sleeper, coffee table, and queen size bed.
