Hello! I am looking for someone to take over my lease at Lark Townhomes in West Lafayette near Purdue for this upcoming 25-26 school year. I am in a 4bed 4.5bath townhome with 3 roommates (female), and the apartment comes furnished and with an in-unit washer and dryer so you wont have to worry about furniture or finding somewhere to do laundry. The rent for 25-26 school year is $775/mo plus ~80-90 in utilities. My room is unit A, straight up the stairs when you walk in.

The area is very nice and calm, with a community pool and fitness center at the clubhouse as well. The CityBus system also runs all day to and from Lark to Lafayette and campus, so the commute is possible even without a car. Parking is readily available all around the townhomes, and is at no extra charge.
