For Sublet is this one bedroom loft apartment, it is in an incredible waterfront location. Dates are from late July to mid September but for the right person can be somewhat flexible with dates at either end.
Very comfortably furnished with Queen size bed, luxury bedding & you can see the water from bed.
Large, comfortable lounge, fully equipped kitchen, laundry/dryer, ducted air conditioning, two bathrooms- one is an en-suite. Multiple sky lights & natural light throughout the day witn stunning views at sunset.
$800 per week includes bills, internet etc.
For an extra fee there is also the option for access to gym/pool/spa.
Please note,l am interested in subletting to ONE single person only. No couples or friends etc. For the subleter, will also ask for a deposit and some personal details. It is a very secure but upscale building and a home decorated with a lot of care, my intention is for it to be rented by someone who respects and appreciates this.
