Two bedrooms for rent in beautiful downtown Santa Clara. You would share the fully furnished living room, kitchen, and utilities with 3 amazing SCU students, while still enjoying your own space. The house comes with a gorgeous backyard that is also fully furnished with lawn chairs, a couch, and a picnic table. In case you have a car, there is a driveway; however, that will also be shared with the current occupants vehicles. In the case that the driveway is full, there is plenty of street parking directly in front of the property.

Two separate bedrooms are available for rent. The first one can comfortably accommodate two people and cost $2000. The Second bedroom is a single costing $1600. Both rooms are currently fully furnished, but if youd like to bring your furniture we are happy to clear both bedrooms out as necessary.
