Looking for a female roommate to take over a lease for the August 2025-July 2026 year. The rent for this room is $720 a month plus around $50-$70 for utilities. Room can come with bed, desk chair, bookcase and mini fridge included for free or unfurnished based on preference. Its a 5 minute walk from the CSU Business building and is a great location for students.
Two roommates are fairly cleanly, value communication, and have two cats. They are unfortunately not looking for any additional pets. Roommates love going to concerts and enjoy nights out, but also value a good calm night at home. Recent CSU graduates with degrees in Psychology/ASL and Criminology/Computer Information Systems.
