Welcome to our home in the heart of Fishtown!

We are looking for a responsible tenant (or tenants) to stay in our fully furnished 3-bedroom, 1.5-bath townhome while we travel for work. The lease runs from July 26 through November 30.

About Our Home

Our fully renovated 1920s rowhome blends historic charm with modern comfort original exposed brick, warm, cozy finishes, and a beautiful back patio perfect for summer dinners and crisp fall evenings. The space is thoughtfully furnished, and several areas can be adapted to your needs: we have kids supplies, office setups, or can simplify the layout depending on what youre looking for just let us know.

The home includes brand-new central A/C and heat, reverse osmosis filtered drinking water, and an in-unit washer and dryer.

Youll be living on a friendly, welcoming block with lovely neighbors and a strong sense of community. The house is ideally located just steps from Frankford Avenues best restaurants, pubs, parks, and all the energy Fishtown has to offer. Its truly the heart of the neighborhood walkable, vibrant, and connected to everything.

Fully furnished rental available July 26 through November 30. All utilities included electric, gas, water, internet, and trash. No smoking. One pet may be considered with a pet deposit. First months rent and one months security deposit due at signing. Ideal for someone in need of a short-term stay while we are traveling.
