Hi! A group of friends and I are currently leased under this house near the University of Washington. We are trying to terminate the lease due to changes of plans for next year and are looking for people to fill the lease! It starts September 1st 2025 and goes until August 31st 2026. Once the lease is handed over you may sublease as well.
