Scope of Tenants Management Responsibilities

The tenant(s) agree to oversee the following aspects of property management during the term of their lease:

1. General Maintenance
Report all major issues to the landlord promptly.
Perform minor repairs (e.g., replacing light bulbs, unclogging drains, etc.).
Maintain cleanliness of common areas, lawn, and garden (if applicable).

2. Rent Collection (If Subletting Rooms)
Collect rent from any sub-tenants on time.
Provide monthly rent summary to the landlord (if applicable).
Ensure all sub-tenants follow house rules.

3. Bill Payments
Ensure timely payment of:
Utility bills (electricity, water, gas, internet)
Garbage collection fees
Other applicable monthly charges

4. Access Management
Grant access to the landlord or service providers with prior notice.
Keep spare keys safe and secure.
Handle visitor and guest policies respectfully.

5. Emergency Situations
Respond promptly to emergencies (e.g., plumbing leaks, power outages).
Contact relevant professionals if landlord is unavailable.
Notify landlord immediately after addressing urgent issues.
