Looking for someone to take over my lease from August 19th, 2025 to July 31st 2026 at Forest Lakes Student Housing 10 minutes away from USF. All girls only & no pets. It is a 44 with a private bedroom and bathroom, an in-unit washer and dryer, and it is fully furnished. Youll have the biggest room in the unit and will be on the 3rd floor. Dont have to be a student.

Cost Breakdown:
$850 -Rent (everything included)
$100 -Admin Fee
$65 -Application Fee
$15 -Renters Insurance Due at Move In
$150 -Utility Set Up Fee (One Time)
$25 -Water, $10 Trash, & $10 Water Fee Due Upon Move In (will already be included in your monthly rent. This is just what my complex requires when you first move in.)
