Hello! Myself and three other UVM students just rented this apartment on South Winooski Ave and love it so far. I plan to live here for the first semester of this school year but will be leaving sometime in January to study abroad in Italy. Im hoping to find someone to sublet my individual room to avoid paying rent for the semester Im gone. *FYI* (My room is technically two smaller rooms connected to each other so there is more space than the photos let on. In one room with three big windows I have my bed and in the other first room Ill put a desk along with my dresser.) Ill leave my bed, desk, dresser, and a few other things to be used by whomever takes over. I grew up around an hour away from Burlington so the move in and out dates can be quite flexible given that I dont need to stay there immediately before or after I come back. The period Id be looking for someone to stay is from January to sometime in June 2026 (depending on if my roommates and I decide to renew our lease, although its very likely we will). My roommates would of course have to approve of anyone who is a potential to stay considering this sublet is one room with shared common spaces. Ideally I can find someone who also goes to UVM and knows my roommates but regardless, please reach out if you are at all interested. Thanks a ton!
