It is a 3-bedroom unit with a shared bathroom/shower. Rent is a mere $690/month plus utilities (which settle out to less than $40 a month). Two girls who are going into their senior year will be sharing the space with you. They are some of my good friends who like to have fun and are just all around friendly, down-to-earth people.
