We are subletting our large beach loft style apartment, an artistic oasis from the bustle of the city located in beautiful and peaceful Palos Verdes Peninsula, or what the locals call the Hawaii of LA. Its 35-40 mins to Downtown LA, 30-35 mins to Venice & Santa Monica, 20 mins to Long Beach. Its great for a single or couple (and it could potentially work for a couple with a baby, as our large bedroom fits a crib).
