(trying to lease until december 20th)
the rent is 1300 flat, utilities are usually 100 for , and duke energy is just about 60 a month. i need to move out due to my mother being very sick and cant break my lease. it is a nice apartment its spacious for one or two people but has been comfortable for one (me). stainless steel stove, fridge, dishwasher, and sink (with a extended hose). the laundry mat is one minute walk from the apartment including the mailbox. the building is pushed back so there is privacy. the bedroom is pretty big, includes a walk in closet. furniture not included. allowed animals (wont ask for a deposit). apartment will be deep cleaned before move in. i only ask for monthly payment of 1500 (rent utilities and duke energy) or flat rate 1300 for rent and the rest depending on your usage.
