This would be the perfect place for off-campus students as its close to both CVTC and UWEC!

Sublease term will be August 1st, 2025 - April 27, 2026 however I can be flexible with the move in date especially with the start of the school year coming up! After the sublease term ends you will have the opportunity to become the primary tenant if you choose.
