Hello! I recently got accepted into my dream school (harvard) and can no longer stay in florida. I am looking to sublet my apartment from august to next year july. I would also be flexible to move out in july of this year if needed. July rent will be fully covered if youre able to move in then. Must have a minimum credit score of 600. Student housing allows guarantors if you do not meet credit/income requirements. You do NOT have to be a student to live here. All ages and genders are welcome. All images are of the apartment I live in including my bedroom, living room, kitchen, and balcony. All decorations will be removed upon move in and request. As you can see, the private room is very spacious with your own bathroom inside.
