We are 3 male professionals looking for a 4th roommate in a 4bed/4bath single-family home in Vienna, Va. We have a basement with its own private bedroom and full bathroom. The basement has a wet-bar, but youd have unrestricted access to the main floor of the house, kitchen, laundry room, etc.

The house (3,700 sq ft) is on a quiet neighborhood street with lots of parking (street or behind the house). The Vienna/Fairfax Metro station is only 5-minute drive/less than 2mi.

Utilities are separate from rent and would be divided equally among the 4 of us. WiFi (Verizon Fios) would be included in rent. The furniture pictured can be removed if desired. There is a very friendly and mellow 3yo golden retriever, Forrest, who has access to the main and upper floors.
