~15 min walk to UCI, with supermarkets and restaurants right across the street. Theres a shuttle stop right outside with direct access to campus. Also ~15 min walk to UTC, where youll find more restaurants and shops.

Male UCI student only (undergrad/grad/PhD)

No incoming freshmen

In-unit washer & dryer (uses laundry card; youre welcome to use mine, balance is sufficient)
