Im looking someone to sublet my room for the whole month of August. +1 week can be added on that starting on 7/24 (extra cost).
It is a private and very spacious room, in a cozy house shared with (professional, really quiet and respectable in his 30s).

The house is equipped and clean. The living room is quite empty now, so feel free to put your stuff there.
The room has a large TV.

Its a two minutes walk away from the bus stop and T. Near the main center of Jamaica Plain with various shops around the neighborhood. A Whole Foods within five minute walk and a a variety of pubs nice restaurants.
Jamaica Pond is also in walking distance.

The rent is $1,200 all bills included.

The rent has to be paid upfront plus $400 insurance which will be returned after the end of the contract.

The house doesnt have a private parking. All I know is that you can apply in the council for a permit for a street parking. You need to look this up on your own.
