Good Afternoon, Our Apartment located in Belmont is looking for a One or Two month
subletter Starting July 1st (Two Month Preferred). Were a Laid-Back group who is looking for
another laid-back individual to stay with us. Unfortunately, we cannot
welcome anyone with pets at the responsibleent.


A little about the room and house, we stay in the second unit of an
apartment complex. The unit would be on the third floor, its a fairly
small room with roof-access and a storage closet that stays fairly cool in
the summer. Our house rules are pretty relaxed. We generally ask the
housemates to be respectful and keep up with their dishes and all-around
cleanliness.


Rent would be $515 + utilities.
