The building has plenty of amenities: Pool, Grill, Gym, Parking, and on-call security. Monthly rent is $1780.00 (including $1675 rent, $30 valet trash, and $75 parking per vehicle, which is completely optional) + utilities of electricity & water. A safety deposit of $1,000 will need to be paid upon move-in. The unit is 825 sq ft with 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. The unit has a dishwasher, a walk-in closet, A/C, and Heating. Pets are allowed, but a separate pet fee will be incurred by the building manager. Internet and Washer/Dryer do not come included with the Unit, but details on third-party services that are partnered with the building will be provided upon request.
