I have a lovely studio apartment in the Sandy UT area. It is close to the freeway and shopping making commutes easy. For personal reasons I am moving to be closer to my family and am looking for someone to take over the lease for the remaining 8 months. The lease is active between to and can be available to renew if desired. The apartment is available August . All furniture is included in the lease takeover. Apartment is on first floor for ease of access.

There is a $ dollar application fee. The monthly fee of $ includes base rent, media package, pet rent, parking and utilities estimate of water, electricity, and gas.
Utilities: water, gas, and electricity would be transferred to the new tenant.
Pets are allowed. I currently have one small cat and the deposit is already paid for. If you do not have a pet the monthly charge will be removed.
Furnishings Include:
Bedroom/Living Room: Twin bed with sheets comforter and pillows, Serta couch that converts to a full bed.
Living Room/Office: Desk and chair set up for at home office (router is included), Lounge chair, inch TV
Kitchen: Dishware and silverware, Assortment of mixing bowls and food storage, Standard coffee maker and nespresso machine.
