I will be on sabbatical in Asia and looking for someone to rent my room between end Dec 2025 till April 2026. bedroom, with shared living room, kitchen, and balcony. My flat is a new building located in a quiet location 15-20 min walk to Clapham Common, South, and North station. Frequent bus connectivity gets you to train stations, destinations faster. The rental will include your own bathroom, double bed, and wardrobe. The kitchen is fully equipped. Living room has a big screen tv and PS5 (includes Netflix, Disney+, Apple TV, and Amazon Prime) that I am happy to share. Rent is 1,250 per month, including bills.
