Back of silent building facing fantastic Orchard St. Entrance is not the nicest but my apartment is fabulous! Meticulously clean and expect it to stay that way!

5 min to East Broadway "F" subway station
8 min to Grand St. "D &B" subway station.

Fantastic neighbor and Orchard St is one of the hottest in NYC! Tons of shopping, restaurants and bars. 10 minutes to Trader Joes, Aldi and 15 to whole foods. Lots of Bodegas in 3 minutes.

Only very large wardrobe for storage in the apartment, so travel light is the idea. Possible to give you access to my storage space 15min away for a few extra items, clothes, etc...
I would be preferential to a people but am in no way shape or form rulling out a gentleman. As long as you are neat, clean and remember that you are a visitor in my home we are good to go!!

No Internet but can have put in if requested.
Utilities paid for.
Strong AC unit and Italian Panal heater for winter.
No pets or visitors please. keeping my home clean is very important to me as said , If you are a messy person, not the place for you.
Full big kitchen but would prefer no cooking things that make smoke, ie steak, fish unless done in the oven is the way. Because of the size i dont want youre temperary home to smell like meat for a week . Fantastic Parachute bedding and hand made blankets, very comfortable and pretty!!

I have a decent amount of low maintenance plants that need to be watered every couple of weeks. And really just want to come home in the same condition that i leave it to you in..
Its my home and i choose to live in a very small but very nice place! Its truly a wonderful space in NYC!

Dates and rates are semi negotiable. A little bit on the rent because its appropriate for the location. Dates are flexible especially for the 9-12 month period.
