The present advertisement is for one room however two rooms are available and may be inquired about. Rent is $800 per room and due by the first of each month. Academic year leases are preferred (September through April) though a fixed term lease for subsets of that duration will be considered if multiple applicants can cover the entire period. Only fixed term leases will be considered.
