I am a UCL student wishing to sublet my room to whomever might be interested. I would especially recommend it to students of UCL, as it is a 10 minute walk to the main campus. I am subletting a spacious room furnished with a double bed, two closets, sofa, desk, chair, drawers and a mini-fridge. There is additional fridge space in the shared kitchen. The apartment consists of 4 bedrooms, of which this is one of the two largest ones. The flat is currently occupied completely by students. The kitchen, bathroom and toilet are shared amongst the tenants. The letting is not reserved strictly for students and it may be of interest for professionals as well. I may sublet for a month (24th July - 24th August) or two (24th July - 24th September) or upon further discussion with the landlord, the lease may be for the next academic year (24th July onwards). After living here for the past year I found it very convenient and nice. The bills are included.
