Hi! Im subleasing my room in Brooklyn from July 1st to July 31st. The room is in a 2-bedroom, 2-full-bath shared apartment with my friend from school. The apartment is a short walk away from Myrtle-Broadway station on the J, M, & Z lines and the B47 Bus; its about a 15-20 minute ride on the subway to get to Manhattan. Great location in Brooklyn, between Bushwick and Bed-Stuy, not far from many great nightlife places as well. The rent is 1,325$ for the month with 60-70$ for utilities, including wifi, electric, and gas.

My flat mate is 24, open minded, and currently attends the Fashion Institute of Technology as an undergraduate student. Theyre an overall clean person who is not often in the general living spaces. There is also shared roof access with other tenants. The majority of my personal items will be removed, and everything will be clean and move-in ready on July 1st.
