Hi! I am looking for someone to take over my lease for my 1 bed 1 bath, 982 sq ft. apartment! Its located right next to San Tan Village and across the street from an Aldi, Costco, and many other places. The complex that I live in is amazing and the leasing office is always helpful. The gym was just recently updated and got some new equipment; you also have access to the other apartments gym, pool, and hot tub as well! The total that I pay for rent is about $1650 a month, including internet, valet trash, and smart home features. Also there is a huge laundry room, large patio, and a big storage area! There is 10 months left on the lease currently, and it is a pet-friendly community. I love this apartment and I have no issues with it, I just need to move closer to home to help with my parents since they are older.
