Do to unforeseen circumstances I will not be able to come back to ASU this fall meaning I will not be able to return to this lovely apartment. The district is amazing with great amenities such as a pool in the form of a lazy river, gyms, private bathrooms, walk in closet, in unit laundry, and more. The rent when I signed the lease was 1175 when I signed due to a deal and its normal rate goes for 1375. This is a great deal with a probate bedroom and bath with two female asu roomates.
