Subletting Female Double in Westwood/UCLA RENT $840/month + PARKING (optional) $195/month
Im currently looking for a female to sublease my apartment room from June 16 to August 31! I live in Club California (10982 Roebling Ave) which is about 15-20 minute walk from UCLA campus, right next to In-N-Out and Whole Foods.
The apartment is 5 girls total (one single, two doubles). Rent is $840 for a shared double and $195 a month for parking (gated, not tandem), plus utilities and wifi. There is in-unit laundry machines.
Apartment amenities: gym, pool, bbq grills, ping pong tables, pool tables, basketball half court, etc!!
