Its a peaceful apartment with great balcony view and in unit washer dryer. July and August of 2025 and possible extension of the lease from apartment with their listed price. We listed the apartment at around 30% discount as we will move into new house and trying to recoup some of the lost money. We like this apartment a lot and hopefully you will like it too.
