Room is large with a west-facing balcony, two spacious built-in wardrobes. You are welcome to make use of the furnishings or it can be unfurnished if that better suits you. House is spacious for two, with large open living and dining area with split system A/C, laundry, bathroom/shower, courtyard, and garage on ground level (bedrooms on 2nd level).

Youll be sharing with Hugh (32) who is a carpenter who works regular hours during the week, very easygoing and helpful enjoyer of music and fine things in life, likes working on his motorbike in the garage.
