We are looking for a long-term sublease of our place in Bay Ridge, Brooklyn. 1 bedrooms (1 queen & 1 kids bed), 1 bathroom, spacious living room and fully equipped kitchen with laundry room in the building.

We are subletting our cozy place during the upcoming academic year. This a pre-war apt building in a prime location. The apt. is on 3rd floor and there is a brand new elevator. Wooden floors, wi-fi, bluetooth speakers and TV! There is a small "office/working space" behind the kitchen area. We think it would be a great match for a family with children but anyone is welcome.

Bay Ridge is a vibrant neighborhood, with lots of families around, groceries, cafes, wine-shops and basic professional services. There are a big river park near, a really gorgeous natural space with lots of areas to explore, exercise and relax.

2 Block from R subway station and multiple buses options available.

- Rental requirements
One month rent and one month deposit is required upfront.
Required to submit a copy of passport and photo ID and will have the sublease contract with me and my landlord. Max: 2 responsibles and there shall be no other persons living on the Premises other than the Sublessee.
