I am looking for somebody to take over my lease as I am no longer planning to live here or attend USC. Very nice apartment complex with fast responding maintenance and plenty of amenities. With living here you have access to the complexs gym, pool, shuttle, and courts. Within my apartment, it comes with a washer, dryer, stove and microwave.
