I am searching for someone to take over my lease beginning in July. The lease has 7 months remaining. Option to resign the lease at the end of the term. The process goes through the leasing office in this building, which includes a credit check. This building has a great community and the staff are very responsive. I have never had any issues in the 4 years I have lived here.
