We are a small family looking to sublet our apartment for the summer while were in Europe. Ive lived in this apartment for almost 25 years and would like to find a trusting family/individual as were planning to leave our personal belongings in the apartment. Its an 100-year old building, no doorman service, elevator in the building. Its suitable for a small family with up to 2 kids, or an individual/couple. 1 bedroom with queen-size bed, 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds. The apartment has a lot of natural light and an incredible view of the Hudson river (and sunsets). Were on the 7th floor. Washer/dryer in the building on the ground level. No dish washer, nor TV in the apartment. Minimum stay 4 weeks.
