Looking for someone to take over my studio apartment lease in a doorman building located on 23rd Street and 7th Ave in Chelsea. The lease is available from July 1st, 2025 to March 31st, 2026 with the option to renew.

2. Rooftop access (17th floor) for panoramic views of the city

3. Doorman building with elevator

4. Laundry and gym in the building

5. 1 min walk to 1 train, 5 min walk to C, E, F, M, and PATH trains, 10 min walk to Penn Station

6. Close proximity to Whole Foods (3 min), Trader Joes (5 min), and Westside Market grocery store (1 min)

7. Walking distance to multiple fitness classes (Barrys, Rumble, Solidcore, Y7, Aarmy, etc.)

8. 10 min walk to West Village and 15 min walk to Westside Highway/Chelsea Piers

Rent and Utilities:

1. Rent: $3373/month (lower than recent studio rentals in the building)

2. Electricity included in rent

3. Only utility charge on top of rent is internet

4. There are no other studio apartments available for rent in the building currently.

5. Usually rentals in the building are through brokers so you wont need to pay broker fees in this case

Building Management:

Ive lived in the building for over 3 years and have had a great experience with the building management.

Maintenance issues are typically resolved within a day
