Looking for someones to takeover my lease starting in August until December. I will be relocating to be closer to family. I have loved my apartment and it is in a perfect spot for getting around the valley! Right outside of downtown about 6 minute drive, Tempe marketplace is about 15 minutes, GCU is also about 15 minutes.

Rent is $1,029 typically with water and trash ends up being around $1060 a month.

Utilities is separate and for just me living here since September on average my bill is $60.

You are required to have renters insurance and through statefarm it is $16 a month.

Application has a $50 fee and there will be no safety deposit because you would be taking over my lease which ends in December.

There is a park across the street and lots of people take their dogs out there, there also is a potty spot in our back parking lot.

There is a washer and dryer in the bathroom!
