Rent is $750 per month, which is a discounted rate compared to the current $850. Its a spacious unit with a large walk-in closet, a private bathroom, and in-unit washer and dryer. The apartment is close to campus and the roommates are all girls clean, respectful, and easy to get along with.

Ill be covering the first months rent (August), so you wont have to pay anything until September. Ill be away for most of the summer, but we can schedule a time to go over the lease transfer documents.
