You will have the option to take the apartment as is at my current monthly rent of $1904 (New Appliances will be placed in this option) or management will have the apartment completely renovated with new kitchen cabinets, bathroom vanity, paint etc (rent may be higher at this point)

Please note there is water damage under the kitchen sink due to a leaking pipe in the past - I can provide a video upon request!

If apartment is taken as is: There will be a sublease agreement until the end of my lease (12/2025). I will also pay $200 per month towards rent until my lease ends 12/2025. At that point, you will have the option to renew.

You will have to undergo credit check and please have a stable income.
