We moved in mid-March and were the first tenants - everything is new. The floorplan for this unit is B1D and its on the second floor (only floor with the den option available). Parking is available in the attached garage for an additional fee (we pay $250/month).

We are moving because we ended up buying a house nearby much sooner than expected - were looking for someone to take over our lease on or around July 26 (have some flexibility on date). While there are still units available in the building, none of them offer the den option, which has been an incredible extra space for us (perfect for an office, nursery, reading room, gym, etc.). Ideal scenario would be a lease transfer through our building to take over our lease, which ends end of Feb 2026, but potentially open to other scenarios as well.
