Hey everyone, Im currently looking for someone to sublet or take over the rest of my lease (9 months) starting June 15th. Im moving back into my old place with some friends and it is much closer to work for me. At this apartment you would have your own room with a your own bathroom and a shared common space with the other roommates. The kitchen is very nice and we like to keep it clean. There is also a great rooftop area with a grill and a fire pit thats perfect at nights and great for getting some sun during the day. There is an underground parking lot if you pay a small fee every month or a couple of my friends use the street parking which is also a nice option (safe neighborhood). The other roommates are fun and super friendly and range from 20-24 years old.
