Hi everyone, Im a student at UW and leaving Seattle due to family emergencies. I need someone to take over my lease on a studio unit in Roosevelt, available in July and need short-term until September. It is $1224/month before utilities. My unit is fully furnished (has a bed and table) and is pet friendly!! Its a 10-minute walk to the station and close to Whole Foods, Safeway, Trader Joes and restaurant options. Please share the word, and if interested, i need to hand over my room to someone before the middle/end of June.
