Hello everyone! My son is subleasing his bedspace in a 5th floor furnished apartment at the Avenue. It is a 2x2 with the rent at $1,134. This does include utilities but not electricity.

The lease goes from August 1, 2025- July 31, 2026 (it can be sooner as my kiddo has already moved out)

We are offering a bonus for taking over this lease. Upon successful approval by the Avenue and a signed leasing agreement, we will provide $1000 to you directly.
