Private room with closet. Living room is shared and used by anyone. Kitchen needs to be cleaned after use and returned to state it was prior. House and bathroom are regularly cleaned just please keep your room and bathroom clean after use. You will need to park on the street if you have a car. Anywhere is fine. Just not to the left of our driveway.
