- Master bedroom with bathroom and large closet
- Separate entrance
- Own main living room space (upstairs)
- Storage space in a shed and half of the garage
- Covered parking
- Access to backyard for BBQs and outdoor enjoyment

Shared spaces include the kitchen and dining room.

Responsibilities:

- Half of utilities (water, Xcel, gas) and trash
- Shared household duties: shoveling, taking out trash, and mowing the lawn
- Optional: internet access available for an additional fee

Requirements:

- Background check required for approval
- Credit check required
- No pets
- Deposit required to secure the rental
